Install automated window treatments that have as little vertical seam as possible, on top of making the blinds fit the 12-ft height and width of the space throughout the resimercial establishment, Saber Interactive, a leading video game developer of such games as Halo in Fort Lauderdale.

Being a resimercial space, the client wanted the automated shades to run automatically based on the time of day as a way to protect the furniture, computer screens, TV screens, and custom wallpaper designs.

‍Solution

Premium Digital Control set up a non-tangible control of the floor-to-ceiling window shades. The Lutron shades system is controlled by the Lutron QSX processor and integrated into the Control4 EA-3 controller, perfect for larger windows.

The Lutron shades are integrated into the Control4 system and are initiated on schedule 7 days a week for energy efficiency and for protecting the interior design, furniture, custom wallpapers and equipment. Also, the roller shades preserve the view while increasing productivity.
